Our fully automated 20kW Tube and Beam Laser is capable of processing structural sections ranging from 70 mm to 540 mm in diameter or profile size, with lengths of up to 13,000 mm.
The system processes a wide variety of profiles, including round and square tubes, I-beams, channels, and angles.
The machine performs precise cutting to length, hole cutting, notching, and a range of other complex fabrication processes in a single automated operation, significantly reducing production time while ensuring exceptional accuracy and consistency.
The laser is directly linked to Tekla and similar CAD packages, thus offering a seamless flow from design to processing.
